The REVOLUTION is the newest member of the General Cylinder Press family. Incorporating proven designs and features of the Classic Press Models, and adding the features of stop motion cylinder press technology.

AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION - Litho Style Push/Pull are located on both sides of the feedboard, and can be adjusted from the outside, while the press is running. A fiber optic, servo controlled system is also available.

MOTORIZED STOCK GUIDES - To speed up a job change over, the stock guides in the feeder are driven by and electric motor. A convenient digital display shows the position of the guides, and eliminates the need to crawl into the feeder for a manual adjustment system.

THE STOP MOTION OF THE PRINT CYLINDER - Accurate registration of the sheet is accomplished while the print cylinder is stopped. This prevents sheet bounce at the gripper position, and assures consistent hair-line registration.

VACUUM DRIVE BELTS ON THE FEEDBOARD - The addition of 2 vacuum belts to the feedboard assures positive control of the sheets. The single set of feedboard belts minimizes potential scratches caused with the sheet transferring from a separate apron conveyor.

PLC CONTROL, WITH DIGITAL FAULT INDICATIORS - To simplify training and operation, all press functions are monitored and displayed. Additional functions such as auto-non print can easily be programmed into the system. All accumulative Non-reliable counter monitors machine life, and is useful for all maintenance functions.

FIBER OPTICS IN THE PRINT CYLINDER - Fiber Optic Sensors mounted in the print cylinder confirm proper sheet location prior to starting the print cycle.

PATENTED SWING DRIVE SYSTEM - All Revolution Models incorporate this unique drive. The inertia generated by starting and stopping the heavy print cylinder, is dampened through the actual drive, producing a smoother transition of motion.
