PAPI VACUUM EXPOSING FRAME

The TMI Eagle PAPI vacuum frame can be used as a space saving wall mount system or as a rolling movable unit. It features a quiet but powerful vacuum pump and live rubber blanket with extremely fast drawdown which speeds up exposures. The PAPI is available in 3 sizes. Single or multiple screens are easily loaded in the horizontal position. Once the lid is lowered and clamped, the vacuum motor compresses the rubber to the glass, pressing the film and emulsion together in intimate contact, producing perfect stencils with crisp fine detail.

PAPI exposure units require point light sources (usually specialized metal halide units) mounted on wheels and designed for horizontal exposures. To ensure perfect exposures, a light integrator should be used. Lamp and integrator shown above are for demonstration purposes and are not included.

Producing excellent stencils is the key to good screenprinting. The PAPI exposing unit is easy to operate and gives you perfect screens every time. Model ships without glass due to breakage issues. Locally supplied clear plate glass is easily mounted once the frame is installed in your shop.
