PARALLEL ONE-ARM (spring lift)

TMI Jaguar parallel lift one-arm presses are now available with a less expensive internal spring driven lifting mechanism instead of compressed air. The only power requirements are for the vacuum turbine and electromagnetic hold down, resulting in economical savings while still delivering the precision features of our larger air driven presses. A parallel lift design provides a number of advantages over conventional clamshell screenprinting presses: ink is not constantly running to the back of the screen during printing, screens are securely held in a side clamp system allowing for use of warped frames and roller frames, smaller frames can be positioned anywhere over the print surface. Lift is independently controllable on all four corners.

Jaguar's micro adjustable aluminum vacuum top provides the operator with a smooth printing surface. A powerful vacuum turbine delivers suction during printing, with a pre-vacuum available for hard to register materials and auto shutoff triggered by the screen lifting mechanism during the run.

Other features include a universal squeegee holder with independent adjustment for print angle and flood. The one arm mechanism runs effortlessly on a stainless steel shaft and pressure adjuster. Overal height adjustment range is approximately 3", allowing for printing on a variety of materials. Custom models are available for glass or metal.
