Reciprocating Vacuum Bed and Take-Off System
The grippers activate when needed to grip your material and hold it in
place. The bed then reciprocates out into the load position for very easy
delivery of material onto the vacuum bed in perfect register. The operator no
longer needs to stick his head under the print head to feed the stock. As the
vacuum bed moves out, the substrate drops onto the belt Take-Off system, and is
transported to the dryer. This system operates smoothly and quietly, handling a
wide range of substrates including paper, plastics, masonite and metals.
World-Wide direct service instantly via remote telephone modem hook-up
Phone modem feature provides a direct communication link between the High-Tech on-board micro-processor and the central A.W.T.'s diagnostics computer for instant worldwide service. Local PC hook-up in customer plant is not required.
